Lourdes University Nursing Students Achieve 100% NCLEX Pass Rate
in the First Quarter of 2025
Lourdes University is thrilled to announce that in the first quarter of 2025, students in both the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and the Direct Entry to Master of Science in Nursing (DEMSN) achieved a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX exam. The NCLEX is a standardized exam by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, evaluating nursing graduates’ readiness to practice. Passing indicates meeting the safe and effective nursing practice standard at entry level and testing critical-thinking ability in practical nursing scenarios.
“We are thrilled to see our students in both programs demonstrate their excellent preparation with strong NCLEX pass rates,” says Dr. Jennifer Barber, Associate Professor and Director of Pre-licensure Nursing. “Our students have worked extremely hard. It’s rewarding to see their efforts pay off so that they can start their new careers. Their excellent performance reflects our faculty’s dedication to continuously improving teaching strategies and providing targeted support for our students.”
These results are not only a recognition of students’ achievements but also an affirmation of the rigorous standards and supportive environment provided by Lourdes University’s nursing department. They reflect the faculty’s ongoing dedication to delivering high-quality nursing education and preparing graduates for successful careers in healthcare.
