Lourdes University’s Division of Education Hosts Senior Capstone Seminar Mock Interviews
Platform allows education students to demonstrate their knowledge and passion for teaching.
Lourdes University’s Division of Education is proud to announce the upcoming Senior Capstone Seminar Mock Interviews, scheduled for Friday, April 26. The event marks an exciting opportunity for approximately 20 administrators from local schools and districts to engage with Lourdes education students nearing the completion of their final student teaching experience.
The event aims to immerse students in real interview scenarios, equipping them with invaluable firsthand experience before they enter their professional careers. Throughout the mock interviews, students will have the platform to demonstrate their skills, knowledge, and passion for teaching to seasoned administrators. The interactive experience enables students to receive constructive feedback, hone their interview techniques, and bolster their confidence as they transition into the workforce.
The Senior Capstone Seminar Mock Interviews serve as a pivotal learning opportunity and foster meaningful connections between students and administrators. It is not uncommon for students to receive job offers based on their outstanding performance during the interviews. Fourteen schools and districts are expected to attend.
