Lourdes University Announces 2024-2025 Board of Trustees

Lourdes University is pleased to announce the newly elected members of its Board of Trustees for the 2024-2025 term, following the June 2024 board meeting.

William Carroll, Retired COO at Dana Corporation, who has provided exemplary leadership as Board Chair over the past two years, will be stepping down from his role while remaining on the Board. The university extends its heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Carroll for his dedication and stewardship during his tenure.

Stepping into the role of Board Chair is Pariss Coleman II, Chief Litigation Counsel at The Andersons, Inc., who will serve a two-year term effective July 1, 2024. Mr. Coleman brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to advancing the mission and vision of Lourdes University.

Mr. Coleman noted, “Lourdes University has an immensely talented board, staff, and professors who are focused on improving the scholarship and value they provide to Lourdes’ students while embracing the core Franciscan values upon which the University was founded.”

The following trustees have also been re-elected or appointed to key positions on the board effective July 1, 2024:

  • James Gant: Approved for a second 4-year term
  • Sean Savage: Approved for a second 4-year term
  • Richard Sweeney: Approved for a second 4-year term
  • Pariss Coleman II: Approved for an additional 2-year term and elected as Board Chair
  • Thomas Dillon: Approved to serve as Vice Chair for a 2-year term
  • Thomas Winston: Approved to serve as Treasurer for a 1-year term
  • Chrys Peterson: Approved to serve as Secretary for a 1-year term

Additional members of the Board of Trustees include Kaye Aldridge, Dr. William Bisset, George Brymer, Susan Conda, David Enstone, Carrie Haddix, Jay Jindal, Maureen Kenney, Michael Koralewski, Sr. Rachel Nijakowski, Sr. Laureen Painter, Sr. Rebecca Rutkowski, Alan Sattler, Patrick Trompeter, and Martha Vetter.
