College Fair on March 16 Lourdes will be hosting a transfer college fair on Monday, March 16, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the Franciscan Center. Dear Lourdes Students, As you know, on February 11, 2026, Lourdes University announced that it will be ceasing academic instruction after the end of the 2026 Summer Session, on or around August 7, 2026. Due to the planned closure of the University, we are sharing information regarding the U.S. Department of Education’s closed school loan discharge process. To date, Lourdes University has held in-person meetings with Faculty & Staff (2/11) and students (2/12), with upcoming Zoom calls scheduled for parents (2/17 @ 6pm) and students (2/18 @ 1:30). We continue to advance conversations with the University of Toledo as our primary teach-out partner, and while we remain incredibly grateful for their support, we know that they cannot meet the needs of every one of our students. More than 40 universities and community colleges have already reached out with interest in helping our students transfer as well.
