Mark your calendars for the 2024 Sr. Jane Mary Sorosiak Lecture, titled “Acquisition Anecdotes of a TMA Curator of European Paintings” featuring Lawrence W. Nichols, the first curator emeritus of the Toledo Museum of Art. The title “curator emeritus” is assigned to a former staff with a long and distinguished career at an institution, and typically implies continuous involvement with said institution. The Lourdes University College of Nursing offers Safe Sitter training for rising students in Grades 6-8. Safe Sitter is a medically-oriented instruction series that teaches boys and girls ages 11-13 how to handle emergencies when caring for young children.
