Located in historic Marietta Ohio, Lourdes students will feel at home at Marietta College with its small class sizes and personal attention. Committed to helping students find their pathways from academic success to career success, Marietta's Landmark Experience capitalizes on our strengths in leadership development and experiential learning to ensure that every student has a transformational experience, both in and beyond the classroom. Marietta College will offer guaranteed admission to Lourdes students with a 2.75 or higher cumulative undergraduate GPA and a letter of good standing from their institution. Marietta College also extends eligibility for the Marietta Promise Award to qualified Lourdes students. For Pell-eligible students, this award covers the amount of tuition and mandatory fees that remain after all other federal, state and institutional aid has been applied. What that means for eligible students is that they can attend Marietta College without paying additional tuition out of pocket. Normally available only to First-Time Freshmen, Marietta College will waive that requirement for Lourdes students. The award can be renewed up to eight semesters for student who remain eligible and maintain good academic standing.
