Financial Aid

Investing in your college education is a major financial decision and one that you don’t need to make alone. At the Financial Aid Office we know that paying for your education is usually a partnership that can include: the student/family, the federal and state government, the College, and the private sector.

We understand the financial aid process sometimes can be confusing, but we are here to help. Because your needs are individual, our answers are too. Your financial aid counselor is just an email, a call, or an office visit away.

A Special note to our students and families from Denise McCluskey, Director of Financial Aid:

Dear Students and Families,
During these uncertain economic times, your 2010-11 FAFSA information may not reflect your current financial situation. If this is the case, I encourage you to do the following: first, file your 2010-11 FAFSA as soon as possible; second, after your FAFSA is filed, if there have been significant changes in the income you reported on the FAFSA, submit a letter to our office detailing your situation. We will review your circumstance to determine if we can make adjustments on your behalf through an appeal process called ‘Special Conditions Appeal.’
Example situations and how the process works are available by clicking on Special Conditions Appeal (PDF). If you have any questions or concerns, we are available to help.
